Veterinary Health Centre
This busy Plympton veterinary practice needed a heating/cooling solution for its two consulting rooms and a waiting room. A particular requirement was a quiet running system to avoid disturbance to their patients.
Solution:
A Mitsubishi Multi-split system constituting one outdoor unit and three indoor wall mounted units.

Hairdressing Salon
A busy hairdressing salon with large South facing display windows that created a lot of solar gain. When this was added to the heat generated from the equipment used a cooling solution was required.
Solution:
A Hitachi cassette unit providing 8kw of heating and cooling.
Cost: £2200

Legal Practice
Increased use of IT equipment by Bond Pearce’s Plymouth office called for improved cooling in the server room.
Solution:
Installation of two Marstair close control systems providing 33kw of cooling.
Cost: £14200.

Electrical retailer
The large number of televisions and other electrical appliances on in Searle’s showroom generated heat, requiring climate control to create a pleasant retail environment.
Solution:
A 10kw Mitsubishi ceiling cassette created the optimum solution.
Cost: £2850

Bridal Outfitters
Prudence Gowns is a specialist bridal gown shop with intensive display lighting and large display windows generating solar gain. This created a need for cooling. With display space at a premium the use of a heat pump for cooling and heating was ideal.
Solution: Install two Hitachi ceiling cassettes, providing 10kw of heating/cooling. Cost: £3200
Plus 3.8kw Hitachi wall unit in the changing room. Cost: £1120

Kitchen Showroom
Keith Holder’s small display area on the mezzanine of a steel framed clad industrial unit suffered from extremes of temperature - particularly heat – due to a lack of ventilation.
Solution:
Install a Daikin wall mounted heat pump unit. This generates over 3kw of heating or air conditioning.
Cost: £750 Including the electrical supply.
